When will my item ship out?
-For all in-stock orders, please alot me 3 business days at most to ship them out.
-Made to Order Items take around 7-10 days to be fulfilled before shipping out.
How long will it take before my order arrives to me?
-It typically takes 3 weeks to a month from the shipment date for an order to arrive to the US and UK.
-South East Asian areas can take around 1 to 2 weeks.
Where is your shop located?
-All items ship from the Philippines.
Where can I track my order?
-Click here to track your order. Type with all capitals and no spaces.
-ex: RR181411090PH
-Once the tracking says "Item Received at Country of Destination", you can now use your Domestic Post Office Tracking Website for more accurate tracking. (USPS, Royal Mail, etc.) Use the same tracking number.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
-Please wait until at least 2 months from the date of shipment. Delays may happen because of unseen circustances and weather disturbances.
My country is not listed in the shipping options
-Please message me on instagram (@cauldronbrews) so I could check if I can ship to you, if able to, I will add your country to the list for a more precise shipping fee.
Can I return an order?
-All sales are final, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refund and Return Policies
•All sales are final. I do not allow refunds so please double check before placing an order.
•All items are quality checked before packing.
•A tracking number will be sent to you once I've mailed your order. For updates regarding the progress of your delivery, please contact your local post office.
•Please make sure that you are able to receive your parcel upon arrival. Failure to receive/pickup parcels after the allotted attempts of your local post office means the items will be sent back to me and you have to pay another delivery fee to send it back to you.
